Xmas

The following image says it all.

It came and went like the wind, yet it feels nice to look back at what I have.

Got a nice gift from one of my real-life friends, thank you very much for the game gift.

At the same time, I also bought for my elder brother a Blu-Ray CG movie, Resident Evil Degeneration. He is too tired to watch now, so I hope that he has time to watch it soon.

As for me, I am awaiting for exam results (because the website states that it is available from 28th Dec 2008 onwards - tentatively).

And I hope that all of you have a safe and happy holiday.

(Super Late) Visual Art Society Update

NOTE: As some of the Singaporean anime enthusiasts know, you've already know that one of the annals of the local anime community closes - that... being STAC, aka the Shiro Tsubasa Animation Club. But do let me continue, for those who might not be aware of it. I know I may sound long-winded, yakkety yak, but... I just feel the need to update some of my friends who aren't aware of this, hehe....

The Shiro Tsubasa Animation Club (STAC), organizers of the End Of Year cosplay event, has been disbanded. Mentioned in their announcement on 18th Dec 2008, the main reasons for closing down are lack of new membership and finances. This confirms officially rumors on this year’s EOY was indeed the final one, after holding the event since 2000.

I would like to take time to reflect on past VAS members on their efforts and contributions, and also wish STAC good luck with their future endeavors.

Finally...

Wishing all of you a happy new year, and bestowing you many blessings in your endeavors - artistic, or otherwise.
