Pardon me, I am very bad at coding journal stuff like this...
Wii Will Like To Play
Yes, you are reading the above journal title correctly.
Want to know what it looks like?

As with all video game accessories and consoles, I always purchase at the Seow Choon Game Specialist shop down town in Jalan Besar. Strange thing was that upon reaching the shop, I thought that the bundle pack for the Wii would consist of two free games of choice and Wii Sports. However, what I was given was 1 title selected from a narrow list (which are usually crappy Wii game titles) and 1 free choice (for my case, I went to choose SUPER SMASH BROTHERS BRAWL) and a copy of Wii sports. That's a little to the disappointing side of things, but I am still happy that I got SSBB for the Wii. I got home with the huge package, assembled on my own and started testing, configuring and playing the Wii. Wii Sports and SSBB are two fun games to play with. As for the secondary Wii title, I don't intend to open it up at all. "Spider Man: Friend or Foe" feels cheap, I might put this up on eBay soon.
So you now KNOW why I am absent for this past week.
Mechanics Gone Furry or Fuzzy?

The above link is a Yahoo! group that shares interests in both sci-fi, robot-based genre of comics/anime/manga/cartoons/animation/movies AND anthropomorphic art. If you can say that this is "furry mecha" (I dislike the term "furry", I'd rather go "anthro"), then this is what they claim to be a "marriage between two great fields of interest; uniting the beauty of anthropomorphic art and the uniqueness of robot-filled action".
It has so damn few members (60 only), but I am sure that for those people out there who have inclinations towards things like Mazinger Z and Gundam, and things like Wild Knights Gulkeeva, might consider this group a chance to join.
Wii Will Brawl The World
Today I have completed 84% of the "Subspace Emissary" adventure mode, and got the latest characters Lucario, Snake, Sonic, Wario and many many others. Going through the last stage at Normal difficulty is a real BITCH - because the last boss can easily wipe out 3 out of your team of 6 members in just a single hit, and even then, I have not even depleted 50% of his life gauge.
There's also Toon Link if you beat him in Classic Mode, Easy difficulty setting under certain conditions. Strangely, I went to play Classic > Normal mode using Snake for the FIRST time round, while I used Mario for my second round in Easy and got Toon Link (this came from Wind Waker series).
Another fun thing to note: Stadium Mode > Home Run Contest.
Basically, you get to use the home-run bat to hit the Sandbag and reach as far as you can. It's difficult given the "jumpy" controls of the Gamecube controller, and I didn't invest money to get the Classical Controller. Yeesh...

And that's all, folks!
Devious Comments
Although, I would have taken Mario Galaxy over SSB. Galaxy's a beautiful looking, challenging, interesting, occasionally frustrating and always good fun game.
But, anyway, enjoy your new Wii! If you ever get Mario Kart, just say and I'll give you my Mario Kart code.
